a. Donna Gross requesting City Council input on the Public Facilities District.
**** b. Robert Novorolsky seeking relief from claim for damages to city property. (Guardrail on Farragut struck by
vehicle owned by Mr. Novorolsky on April 23, 2001)
c. 7:35 PM Public Hearing regarding the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program. (Note: Proposed
Resolution No. 1941 attached for consideration after public hearing).
**** d. Proposed Resolution No 1942 setting date of Public Hearing to consider Petition to Vacate a portion of an
unnamed alley situated between South Street and Central Street Section 25, Township 24N, Range 1E
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Proposed Resolution No. 1940 expresses the Council’s intent to increase the annual tax levy if the city of
port orchard is annexed into Kitsap County fire Protection District No. 7. (Held over from June 25 Council
meeting)

advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that item may be removed from

Hearing held June 25, 2001)
b. July 23, 2001 7:35P.M. Public Hearing to consider and discuss 6-month moratorium on certain forms of gambling
within the city limits.
c. Proposed Ordinance amending POMC 9.24.050 relating to noise regulations.
