a. Mary McClure, KRCC regarding 2002 Countywide Legislative Agenda and Revenue Sharing Interlocal
Agreement.
(1) Proposed Resolution No. 1955 endorsing the Kitsap 2002 Countywide Legislative Agenda.
(2) Draft Resolution regarding Revenue Sharing Interlocal Agreement
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Proposed Ordinance No. 1828 establishing the Port Orchard Police Rotational Tow List and adopting rules
and regulations for eligibility and participation. (Replaces Resolution 1629) (Finance Committee 9/24/01)
b. Proposed Ordinance No. 1831 amending POMC 2.28.020 and 2.28.030 to update city attorney duties and
form of compensation statutes. (City Attorney 9/24/01)
5. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed below are considered routine business. Individual documents have been (or will be) distributed to Councilmembers in
advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that item may be removed from
the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item of business at the request of a Councilmember.
a. Minutes of the November 13, 2001 regular City Council meeting
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Approval of Fire Work Stand Permit for New Year’s Eve submitted by Rochelle’s Fine Fabrics located at
South Kitsap Mall parking lot.
d. Proposed Ordinance No. 1837 regarding File No. CA-08-01 Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment
Richard J. Fitzpatrick, Proponent, re-designating 4.78 acres of land currently designated as Commercial &
High Density Residential to High Density Residential. Located at the northwest corner of Olney Avenue
and Mile Hill Drive.
e. Proposed Ordinance No. 1838 regarding File No. CA-09-01 Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, City of
Port Orchard, proponent, re-designating land recently annexed into Port Orchard from Urban Low (Kitsap
County designation) to Medium Density Residential. The subject area is commonly known as the “Wiley
Annexation” which is comprised of 11.80 acres.
f. Request by the City Treasurer to declare as surplus, to the needs of the city, miscellaneous computer
equipment and authorization to dispose of these items in the best interest of the city.

7. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Requests by City Attorney to discuss status of pending litigation
NOTICE: At the conclusion of the November 26, 2001 city Council meeting, the Mayor will adjourn the
regular Council meeting and then reconvene the City Council into a Study Session to review and discuss
the proposed 2002 budget.

the City of Port Orchard for the year 2001.
b. (12/10/01 – Consent Agenda) - Proposed Ordinance adopting the budget for the year 2002.
c. (12/10/01 – New Business) - Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1797 relating to the
use of privately owned burglary and/or alarm systems, defining false
alarms and offenses in connection with alarm systems, and
establishing fees and penalties.
