d. 7:35 PM Public Hearing Petition to Annexation submitted by William Wiley, et al. The proposed
action encompasses approximately 8 acres lying east of the easterly city limits bordered by Mile
Hill Drive, Whittier Avenue, Lovell Street, Wendell Avenue, Orlando Street and Palmer Avenue.
