b. Proposed Ordinance No. 1815 relating to and providing for the annexation of territory to the City
of Port Orchard for municipal purposes. (Wastewater Treatment Facility)

5. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed below are considered routine business. Individual documents have been (or will be) distributed to Councilmembers in

a. Minutes of the following City Council meeting:
(1) Minutes of the continued January 8, 2001 regular City Council meeting (January 17, 2001)
as revised.
(2) Minutes of the January 22, 2001 regular City Council meeting
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Request by Police Chief Townsend to surplus miscellaneous firearms and bicycles and dispose
of these items in the best interest of the city.
d. Request by City Engineer to surplus the following items and dispose of these items in the best
interest of the city: Tag No. 300073 – Acetylene gas welder – S#272706EQ#65 and Tag No.
300107 – book binding machine.
e. Request by City Treasurer to surplus miscellaneous computer equipment and dispose of these
items in the best interest of the city: Tag No. 1100024-95 Micron PC (P66) not Y2K compliant;
and Tag No. 110031-96 – SCS PC (P133) unsuitable for current environment.
