3. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Draft Ordinance No. 1816 relating to and providing for the annexation of territory into the City of
Port Orchard for municipal purposes (McCormick Well Field property).
b. Draft Resolution No. 1925 giving notice of intent to annex territory into the City of Port Orchard
as petitioned by Wm. Wiley, et al, and authorized by Council action subsequent to public hearing
held January 8, 2001.
c. (Approx. 8:00 PM) Keith Folkerts, Kitsap County update regarding Endangered Species Act 4D

4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Memorandum from City Planner Wenman regarding Kitsap County Jail Expansion and request
by project superintendent to remove the majority of the large trees located along Sidney Avenue.

b. Letter from Patrick and Lori Moriarity, 1720 Guy Wetzel Road requesting permission to allow a
chain link fence on a portion of Tracy Avenue right of way. (Street Committee – 2/12/01)
