Bid Opening held March 14, 2001 at 4:00 PM regarding Dewatering/Odor Control Improvements at the Sewer Treatment Plant. b. Proposed Ordinance No. 1819 relating to and providing for the annexation of territory to the City of Port Orchard, commonly known as the Wiley Annexation. The annexation encompasses approximately 8 acres lying east of the easterly city limits bordered by Mile Hill Drive, Whittier Avenue, Lovell Street, Wendell Avenue, Orlando Street and Palmer Avenue. 4. OLD BUSINESS: a. Sharon Miller’s concern with the lack of street lighting on the Paul Powers Memorial Bridge (Street Committee 3/12/01) b. Procedures for criteria and placement of art in City Hall.
