Palmer Ave.
d. Randy Smith & James Bryan request for 18 month extension for Rezone #1079, which was approved by
Ordinance No. 1465 on 7/10/89.

i. Proposed Resolution No. 1914 Notice of Intent to Petition for Annexation of Sewer Treatment Facility
property and correcting legal description of property annexed under Ordinance No. 1236, July 1983.
j. Request authorization for Mayor to sign Contract with Washington Association of Sheriffs & Police Chiefs
(WASPC) for electronic Home Monitoring (EHM) Services. (no cost to city or Municipal Court)
k. Request authorization for the Court Administrator to sign a contract with Signal Credit (a division of Allied
Credit) to allow defendant’s to set up a payment plan with Signal Credit at no cost to the City.
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Review of city’s noise ordinance (POMC 9.24.050) (Public Safety Committee 9/25/00)

surplus and authorize Municipal Court Administrator to dispose of these items in the best interest of the city.
