Proposed Ordinance No. 1790 amending the City’s Gambling Tax Ordinance No. 1086 to comply with state mandated decreases in bingo and raffles tax rates. f. Mayor Weatherill’s request for Council confirmation of re-appointment of Meredith Essex to the Planning Commission, for a 6 year term to expire on 12/31/05. 4. OLD BUSINESS: a. Petition signed by the downtown merchants regarding enforcement of the Port Orchard’s sign ordinance. (Street/Alley Committee 11/22/99) b. Bill Dunning, Pacific Land Design, representing Albertson’s Store #419, request for city to process an application for a developer extension agreement from the Albertson’s store located at 390 Sedgwick. 5.
