5. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed below are considered routine business. Individual documents have been (or will be) distributed to Councilmembers in
advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that item may be removed from
the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item of business at the request of a Councilmember.
a. Minutes of the following Council meetings:
(1) February 28, 2000 regular meeting
(2) March 10, 2000 Study Session regarding City/County Cost Revenue Sharing
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Declare miscellaneous computer equipment as surplus and authorize City Treasurer to dispose of these
items in the best interest of the city.
d. Declare miscellaneous bicycles as surplus and authorize the Police Chief to dispose of these items in the
best interest of the city.
e. Proposed Resolution No. 1887 repealing Resolution No. 1688 and designating the City Engineer as
the Shoreline Administrator.
f. Proposed Resolution No. 1888 repealing Resolution No. 1689 and designating the City Engineer as
the Administrative Variance Official.
g. Application for Public Events:
(1) The Great Ball Race – July 4, 2000
(2) Mustang on the Waterfront – July 30, 2000
(3) The Cruz 2000 – August 13, 2000
