The project site is located at 219 Tracy Avenue. c. Proposed Resolution No. 1895 amending Resolution No. 1872 and City of Port Orchard Administrative Policy 100-018 and reestablishing a policy for use of city electronic communication systems. 4. OLD BUSINESS: a. Review of downtown crosswalk safety issues. (Street/Alley Committee 4/10/00) b. Review of Agape’ (810 Bay Street) sales agreement with the City.
