3. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Keith Folkerts, Kitsap County regarding 2514 Watershed Planning Act.
b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing regarding an application for a Zone Reclassification from R4.5 to R20 to
develop a four-unit condominium complex, as submitted by Fran and Fred Olin, owners of
record. The project site is located at 219 Tracy Avenue.
c. Proposed Resolution No. 1895 amending Resolution No. 1872 and City of Port Orchard
Administrative Policy 100-018 and reestablishing a policy for use of city electronic
communication systems.
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Review of downtown crosswalk safety issues. (Street/Alley Committee 4/10/00)
b. Review of Agape’ (810 Bay Street) sales agreement with the City. (City Clerk and City Attorney
5/08/00)
