We know the community is concerned about COVID-19, and we share your concerns. As we monitor the continually changing conditions, the City will be suspending services available to the public as a precautionary measure effective March 16, 2020 until April 30, 2020: Notary services Finger printing services Concealed pistol license permits City Hall conference room rentals Active club room rentals While we have suspended some services, the city hall will remain open to the public. The City of Port Orchard is committed to serving its citizens. The box is checked daily for payments. Online: Pay on-line at https://www.cityofportorchard.us/. We accept credit and debit. There is no fee to pay online. Phone: You may call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139 during City Hall Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm) excluding holidays. Automatic Withdrawal: Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account bi-monthly. To receive an application, call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139. Alternative ways to report a crime: The Port Orchard Police Department is encouraging citizens to not visit the Police Department to report a crime until further notice.
