City buildings will remain closed until Phase III of Governor Inslee’s four-phase plan for reopening businesses. “The reduction in new Covid-19 cases is a positive trend.” said Mayor Rob Putaansuu. “While our lobby will remain closed, we’re doing all we can to keep the City operating. Until then, utilities may be paid through the City Hall drop box at 216 Prospect Street, or online at CityofPortOrchard.us.
