City of Port Orchard Public Facilities Closing to the Public
PORT ORCHARD, WA – Effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, City of Port Orchard will close customer service counters in City Hall and the Department of Community Development, until further
notice. Exceptions will be made for Court proceedings and City Council meetings.
City parks and public restrooms will also be closed until further notice.
The closures are part of the City’s proactive efforts to help reduce potential spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in our City.
Staff will be available to answer telephone calls and emails Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Telephone numbers and emails are listed below.

Alternative ways to pay your Utility Bill:
Drop Box: You may drop off your payment in the drop box located at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA, located to the right of the main doors. The box is checked daily for payments.
Online: Pay on-line at https://www.cityofportorchard.us/. We accept credit and debit. There is no fee to pay online.
Phone: You may call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139 during City Hall Hours: Monday-Friday, (8:00am – 4:30pm) excluding holidays.
Mail: You may mail your payment to: City of Port Orchard, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
Automatic Withdrawal: Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account bi-monthly. To receive an application, call the Finance Department at (360) 876-5139.
Alternative ways to report a crime:
The Port Orchard Police Department is encouraging citizens to not visit the Police Department to report a crime until further notice. To report a crime:
