03/25/2020 - City of Port Orchard Public Facilities Closing Until Further Notice PRESS RELEASE FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE March 25, 2020 City of Port Orchard Public Facilities Closing Until Further Notice PORT ORCHARD, WA – Effective Thursday, March 26, 2020, City of Port Orchard facilities will be closing until further notice per Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order. Essential City employees and functions critical to public health and safety will continue to operate such as law enforcement, public works, and water/sewer operations. City parks and public restrooms will continue to be closed until further notice. Staff will not be available to answer telephone calls, voicemails or emails while the “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” order is in effect; however, utility payments, reporting a crime and Municipal Court payments can still be submitted as shown below. For emergencies or to contact a Police Officer, call 911. Alternative ways to pay your Utility Bill: Drop Box: You may drop off your payment in the drop box located at 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA, located to the right of the main doors. Online: Pay on-line at https://www.cityofportorchard.us/. We accept credit and debit. There is no fee to pay online. Mail: You may mail your payment to: City of Port Orchard, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Automatic Withdrawal: Have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account bi-monthly.
