Port Orchard Tornado Disaster Assistance
Kitsap County’s Community Recovery Center
PORT ORCHARD, WA – Release from Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management:
The Kitsap County Department of Emergency Management opened a Community Resource Center to assist individuals and families impacted by Tuesday’s tornado. The Community Resource Center
will be temporarily open at the Christian Life Center, 1780 Lincoln Ave. SE, Port Orchard, Washington. However, if the Christian Life Center loses power, the Community Resource Center
will be closed during the outage.
The Community Resource Center provides individuals and families directly affected by the tornado with resources to help with their immediate recovery. Representatives from the American
Red Cross, the Department of Emergency Management and the Department of Community Development will be on hand to provide information and answer questions.

HOURS: Thursday, Dec. 20, 2018 from 3-6 p.m.; Friday, Dec. 21, 2018 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday hours to be announced.
