CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AGREEMENT WITH
THE MASTER'S TOUCH, LLC
2 THIS AMENDMENT No. 2 to Contract No. 077-13 ("Amendment") is made effective as of the
1 day of October, 2019, by and between the City of Port Orchard ("City), a municipal corporation,
organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and The Master's Touch, LLC ("Master's Touch") a
Printing Services company organized under the laws of the State of Washington, located and doing business
at Spokane, WA.
WHEREAS, on October 27, 2013, the City executed Contract No. 077-13, an Agreement for
Printing, Insertion, and Mailing of Utility Bills, with Master's Touch ("Underlying Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Section 17 of the Underlying Agreement authorized the parties to amend the Underlying
Agreement "by written instrument properly signed by both parties'; and
WHEREAS, the City and Master's Touch now desire to amend the Underlying Agreement to extend
the term of the Underlying Agreement without revising any of its other terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits accruing, it is agreed by and between
the parties thereto as follows:
l . The Underlying Agreement between the parties, incorporated by this reference as fully as if
herein set forth, is amended in, but only in, the following respect:
Section 3. Terms. This Agreement shall commence on October 27, 2013 ("Commencement Date")
and shall terminate October 31, 2020 unless extended or terminated in writing as provided herein.
2. In all other respects, the Underlying Agreement between the parties shall remain in full force
and effect, amended as set forth herein, but only as set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment No. 2 on the day and
year set forth above.
