Description of Work
This supplement authorizes and provides for additional survey services. This supplement also extends the
completion date to June 30, 2008.
The Local Agency of
City of Port Orchard
desires to supplement the agreement entered into with BERGER/ABAM Engineers Inc.
and executed on 8/10/2005 and identified as Agreement No. STPUS-6601 (004)
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:
Add additional surveying service-, by FSM on an as -needed basis to support right-of-wayhe process.
Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days for
completion of the work to read: completion date extended to June 30, 2008

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
$] 0,000 is added to the surveying budget, to he billed on a C'PFF basis,
as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, and by this reference made a part of this supplement.
