The supplement is for an extension of time to complete design of this project.
The Local Agency of City of Port Orchard
desires to supplement the agreement entered into with BERGER/ABAM Engineers, Inc.
and executed on 8/20/2005 and identified as Agreement No. STPUS-6601 (004)
All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
Section 1, SCOPE OF WORK, is hereby changed to read:

Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar days for
completion of the work to read: Completion dare is revised to hme 10, 2011

Section V, PAYMENT, shall be amended as follows:
