Description: 1. The contract for services between Laserfiche and the City of Port Orchard includes a line item for Tyler Incode Integration (Item CD2910). The cost for the integration license is $5,000 and the first year of maintenance is $1,000. Due to unforeseen configuration obstacles, Tyler will be providing the Tyler Incode Integration, not CDI. In order to support the City's Laserfiche configuration needs, the $6,000 that was allocated to the Tyler Incode Integration in the contract with Laserfiche, will be reallocated to CDI professional services for use as the City sees fit, including but not limited to configuration assistance for the Tyler Incode integration. The rate for those services is $188/hour. Professional services will be billed as they are used and will not exceed the budgeted amount of $6,000 or 31.9 hours. Estimated change in Additional 31.9 hours Cost: up to $6,000 programming time: available. (previously budgeted for a different use, no additional costs over and above the budgeted amount) Estimated date of TBD, how the City wishes to completion: use any extra configuration or training time has not been defined yet.
