VIDEO RELEASE FORM
I, Robert Putaansuu, hereby grant permission to Influence Media, the rights of my image, in video or still,
and of the likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other
consideration. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and
waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive
any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording.
Photographic, audio, or video recordings may be used for any use.
By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me
may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public setting.
There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these
materials may be distributed.
This release applies only to photographic, audio, or video recordings collected as part of the August 3, 2019
"Take Off' event referenced in the parties' Actor/Performer Contract for that event.
By signing this release, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release
and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any and all claims against any person or organization
utilizing this material for educational purposes.

ACTOR/PERFOIZMER CONTRACT
This agreement is made August 3, 2019 by and between Influence Media (hereinafter referred to as the
"Producer") and Robert Putaansuu (hereinafter referred to as the "Artist"), by and through their
designated agent or representative ("Manager") identified below.
WHEREAS, Producer conducts the event known as: "Take Off" (hereinafter referred to as the "Event ");
WHEREAS, Producer desires to hire Artist, as independent contractor(s), to provide the Performance
generally described below (the "Performance").
WHEREAS, Artist desire to provide such Performance;
The parties agree as follows:
1. Artist: The name of the Artist who will appear during the Performance will be: Robert Putaansuu, and
the amount to be paid for the Performance will be $0.
