CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AGREEMENT WITH
WARD C. MULLER AND ASSOCIATES
THIS AMENDMENT to Contract No.063-19 ("Amendment") is made effective as of the
19TH day of November, 2021, by and between the City of Port Orchard ("City), a municipal corporation,
organized under the laws of the State of Washington, and Ward C. Muller and Associates, a sole
proprietorship organized under the laws of the State of Washington, located and doing business at 217
Sidney Avenue, Port Orchard, WA 98366.
WHEREAS, on September 4, 2019 the City executed an Agreement with Ward C. Muller and
Associates, for the provision of on call surveying services ("Underlying Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, on December 31, 2020 the City and the consultant agreed to extend the duration of the
agreement to December 31, 2021.
WHEREAS, the City desires to extend the duration of the agreement and Ward Muller and
Associates has agreed to extend the duration of services.
WHEREAS,; NOW, THEREFORE,
In consideration of the mutual benefits accruing, it is agreed by and between the parties thereto as
follows:
1. The Underlying Agreement of Contract 063-19 between the parties, as amended by
Amendment No. 1 to extend the duration of the Contract, both documents incorporated by this reference as
fully as if herein set forth, is amended in, but only in, the following respect:
The agreement expiration date is extended from December 31, 2021 to December 31,
2022.
2. In all other respects, the Underlying Agreement of Contract 063-19 between the parties
shall remain in full force and effect, amended as set forth herein, but only as set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Amendment on the day and year set
forth above.
