RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1191 RELATIVE
TO SPECIAL USE PERMIT ISSUED TO CEDAR
HEIGHTS ASSOCIATES, D. ALSON VANDER STAGY,
AGENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: The intention of the Special Use Permit
(Resolution No. 1191) is hereby amended to allow low traffic
generating professional offices to occupy the Cedar Heights
Professional Center.
THEREFORE: The City Council of the City of Port
Orchard does approve amending the Special Use Permit (Resolution
No. 1191) in accordance with the minutes of the February 13, 1979
regular City Council meeting, to allow low traffic generating
professional off ices to occupy the Cedar Heights Professional
Center, located at 1950 Pottery Avenue.
