RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE
PERMIT FOR A SPECIFIC USE `OF"A.PARCEL OF
PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE
VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL
TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED IN THE.
PARTICULAR ZONE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE:
THAT: Whereas, the City Planning Commission has
held the required public hearings in accordance with the
criteria set forth in Chapter 5 (Special Use Permits) of
Ordinance No..899, Zoning Ordinance of the City, of Port
Orchard,. and
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission has
recommended approval of the application of Jack Cyr, PS, Inc,,
owner of'record, .and has recorded with the City Clerk of
their decision setting forth their findings and conditions.
THEREFORE: The City. Council of the City of Port
Orchard approve.that a Special Use Permit be issued in
accordance with those recommendations and ,findings of. the
Planning Commission.as shown on the attached transmittal
and with the condition outlined in minutes of the 'Council
meeting of June 12, 1978, stating that only law offices
will be permitted Property is legally described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 5, Sweany's Addition
to Sidney., accodding to plat thereof
recorded in Volume 1 of Plat, p.55, in
Kitsap County, WA
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this lath day of September, 19.78.
