A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington
fixing the hearing on a petition for a vacation of a
portion of Bank Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington, as follows:
That a hearing on the perition for vacation of a portion
of Bank Street further described as follows, is hereby fixed
for Monday February 14,.1977, at 7:30 P.M. in -the City Council
Chamber, City Hall, 216-Prospect Street, Port Orchard, WA.
The South 2:.5 feet of that portion of Bank Street
fronting Lot 4 Block 8 in S.M. Stevens Plat of the
Town of Sidney as recorded on Page 1 Volume 1 of,
F
Plats, records of-Kitsap County Washington.
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate
abutting on the above described area.
The petitioners constitutes more than two-thirds of the
owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had heron
for the vacation of said area of said street in the manner
prescribed by RCW Chapter 36.79
