A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REGISTERED
WARRANTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,114.99
TO KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM ANY MONIES
IN THE WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND, 1975,
AND BEARING INTEREST AT THE RATE OF
5 ,% PER ANNUM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council'of the City of
Port Orchard as follows:
. THAT: the need still exists for interim financing
until State of Washington Grant funds are available, upon
completion of the Water Improvement Program - 1975 construc-
tion.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of the City of Port Orchard
is hereby authorized to draw interest bearing warrants
at 5zo from the Water Construction Fund, 1975 in the amount
of $73,11.4.99 to fund Claims Fund expenditures for contractor,
engineering, miscellaneous legal fees, right of ways, etc.
for the months of December, 1976 and January and February of
1977.
