A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF REGISTERED
14ARRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,177 05 TO
KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM ANY MONIES IN THE
WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND., 1975 AND BEARING
INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 52% PER ANNUM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Port Orchard as.follows:
THAT: the need still exists for interim financing
until State of Washington Grant funds are available, upon
completion of the 'Water Improvement Program - 1975 construc-
tion.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of the City of Port Orchard
is hereby authorized to draw interest bearing warrants
at 52% from the Water Construction Fund, 1975 in the amount
of $2,177.05 to fund Claims Fund expenditures for Engineer,
payroll, etc. for the month of March, 1977.
