AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REGISTERED
WARRANT ,IN THE AMOUNT OF $33.609.87 TO
KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM,ANY MONIES IN THE
WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND, 1975, AND BEARING
INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 5X,% PER ANNUM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Port Orchard as follows
THAT -..the need still exists for interim financing
until State of Washington Grant funds.are available, upon
completion of the Water Improvement Program - 1975 construc-
tion.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of the City of Port Orchard
is hereby authorized to draw interest bearing warrant at
52% from the Water Construction Fund,-1975 in the amount
of_$33,609.8.7.to fund Claims Fund expenditure for Progress
Payment #7 and 8 to Dyad Construction Co.
