RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZINGTHE ISSUANCE OF A REGISTERED
WARRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $18;,890 04 TO
KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM ANY MONIES IN THE
WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND, 1975, AND BEARING
INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 5h% PER ANNUM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Port
Orchard as follows:
THAT:. The need still exists for interim financing
until the State of Washington Grant Funds are available,
upon completion of the Water Improvement Program - 1975
construction.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of the City of Port Orchard
is hereby authorized to -draw an interest bearing warrant
at 5:�% from the Water Construction Fund,.1975 in the amount
of $18,890.04 to,fund Claims Fund expenditures for Progress
Payment #9 to Dyad Construction Co, Engineering Services to
Kramer, Chin and Mayo and miscellaneous items.
