RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
DESIGNATING A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE KITSAP
COUNTY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT AREA
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, a Kitsap County Public Transportation
Benefit Area Authority was created on.April 7, 1977.
pursuant to RCW 36.57A and
WHEREAS, Section 050, RCW 36.57A provides that
the Public Transportation Benefit Area Authority shall
consist of elected officials selected by and servinq at
the pleasure of the governing bodies of component cities
within the area and the County Commissioners of each
county within.the area; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Port Orchard
designates Paul D. Powers, Jr. to serve as the City`s
authorized representative on the Kitsap County Public
Transportation Benefit Area Authority.
