That the six -year construction portion of7the six-
year Comprehensive Street Program for the years 1-977--1-983, a
copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and is
an integral portion of the six -year Comprehensive Street
Program for the City of Port Orchard is hereby adopted.
