A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A REGISTERED
WARRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,751.00 TO
KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM ANY MONIES IN THE
WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND, 1975, ANM BEARING
INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 32% PER ANNUM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cozncl of the City of
Port Orchard as follows:
THAT: The need still exists for interim financing
until the State of Washington Grant Funds are available,
upon completion and acceptance of the Bremerton. Water Inter -
tie construction.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of the City of Port Orchard
is hereby authorized to draw an interest bearing warrant
at 52% from the Water Construction Fund, 1975 in the amount
of $1,751.00 to fund Claims Fund expenditures for Engineering �7
services to Kramer, Chin & Mayo for the months July and August.
