RESOLUTION NO. 1187
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING.THE ISSUANCE OF A REGISTERED
WARRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,158.00 TO
KITSAP COUNTY BANK FROM ANY MONIES IN
THE WATER CONSTAUCTION.FUND, 1975, AND
BEARING INTEREST AT THE RATE OF 52o PER
ANNUM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Port Orchard as follows:
THAT: The need still exists for interim
financing until State of Washington Grant Funds are
Available.
THEREFORE: The Clerk of.the City of Port
Orchard is hereby authorized to draw an interest bearing
warrant at 5 % from the Water Construction Fund, 1975
in the amount of $17,158.00 to fund Claims Fund expend-
itures for Engineering services to Kramer, Chin and Mayo
and to Dyad Construction Co. and the Bank of California
(Contract payment and retainage) for the months of
September and October, 1977.
