BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT, upon Council action of September 8, 1975 to
fund
the purchase of new fire truck and associated equipment from
the Federal Shared 'Revenue Fund and the Fire Truck Excess
Levy
Fund-1977, and inasmuch as payment is due in full for the
pur-thase
of said truck, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to
make
the following transfer loan to be secured by promissory note
with interest at 5% per annum:
Federal Shared Revenue Fund to
Current Expense Fund $ 33,655.04
