BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
That the sum of $9,250 plus title search
costs and miscellaneous fees be expended for the purchase
of land adjacent to Tremont Park on the East, and lying
West of Sidney Avenue, with the following funds to be charged
according to action taken by the Council on march 24, 1975
and April 28, 1975:
25% of total cost: Utilities Fund
75% of total cost: Contingency Reserve
