A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington,
fixing the hearing on a petition for a vacation of a
portion of Alley in Block 5, Wheeler's Addition.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a portion
of Alley further described as follows, is hereby fixed for
Monday, October 13, 1975 at 8:00 P.M. in the City Council
Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washing-
ton:
That portion of Alley in Block 5, Wheeler's Addition
to Sidney running West from Mitchell Avenue and lying
between Lots 4, 5 and 6 on the North and 12, 13 and
14 on the South.
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate
abutting on the above described area.
The petitioners constitutes more than two-thirds of the
owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon
for the vacation of said area of.said street in the manner
prescribed by RCW Chapter 35.7 .
