1149 - Resolution - Invest Fundsf / RESOLUTION NO. 114f' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD: THAT the First State Bank of Port Orchard, Washington be designated as a second depository for public funds of the City of Port Orchard, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard be and she is hereby authorized to invest such of the City of Port Orchard funds as she may deem advisable in Time Certificates of Deposit of First State Bank, Port Orchard, Wash., which bank is a qualified depository of Public Funds under the laws of the State of Washington, Finance Commission. The undersigned petitioners request that the following described portion of an unnamed alley in the City of Port Orchard be vacated pursuant to RCW Chapter 35.79: Southerly 8 feet of the 16 foot unnamed alley contiguous to Lots 8, 9 and 10, Block 3, Wheeler's Second Addition to Sidney, situated in the City of Port Orchard. II. Each of the undersigned petitioners is the owner of an interest in real estate abutting on the above -described area. Four persons own property abutting on said area. IV.
