Be it resolved by the City of Port Orchard that:
Section 1. The fund in the accoLmts of the City of Port Orchard known as
"Park Fund" be and hereby is combined with the Current Expense Fund to become
effective January 20, 1974.
Section 2. Any cash balance remaining in said "Park Fund" after closing
the books on or before January 20, 1974 shall be transferred to the Current Expense
Fund.
Section 3. The City Treasurer is hereby directed to make the aforesaid
transfer.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard this 14th day of
January, 1974.
