1128 - Resolution - Appropriate RevenueRESOLUTION NO. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON That the Clerk of the City of Port Orchard be and hereby is authorized to appropriate revenue received in excess of anticipated budgeted estimates to the following Departments and/or Funds for the budget year 1973: Current Expense Fund: Police Department $ 4,000.00 Fire Department $ 2,300.00 Street Fund: City - UAB Fund: Park Fund: Utilities:. Water -Sewer $12,500.00 Garbage $ 4,600.00 $ 6,300.00 $ 8,000.00 $ 802.23 $ 2,800.00 $17,100.00 BE.IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Clerk be and hereby is authorized to make the necessary transfers between the general classes of expenditures and between items within any class in the. 1973 Distribution of Budgetary Expenditures as provided in RCW Budgetary Laws of Cities of the Third Class. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Clerk be and hereby is authorized to include the amount of $48,392.43 expended from Federal Shared Revenue Funds for funding Garbage operation and purchase of truck for Street Department into the appropriations for the 1973 budget, now lapsed as of January 20, 1974.
