A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington
authorizing the Chief elected official of this City to approve
a chair person and members of a Bicentennial Committee which
is representative of all segments in the community.
To plan an initial Bicentennial program of the whole com-
munity in that we would come together and work together on
civic projects that will help to create the very essence of our
lives in the third cen-i-ury of our history,
And to sign on behalf of the citizens within our community
and forward an application of our desire and intent to parti-
cipate in the American Revolution Bicentennial to the State
Bicentennial Organization.
