Washington as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a portion of
Division^. Street as further describes as follows, is hereby fixed for
Mlonday, August 26, 1974 at 7:30 PJNo in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, 216 Prospect Street. Port Orchard, Washington.
That portion of 5th Street in Port Orchard ;Division!

ying between the South lire of Lot 3, Block R,"Wheelers
Addition to Sidney and the centerline of said 5th Street
and the Easterly and Westerly lines of said Lot 3 extended.
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate
abutting on the above described area.
The petitioner constitutes zrore than two/thirds of the owners
of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon. for
the vacation of said area of said street in the manner prescribed by
RCW Chapter 35.79.
