A I'U?SOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, fixing
the hearing on the petition for a vacation of a portion of
Cedar Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Washington, as follows:
That a hearing on the petition for vacation of a portion of
Cedar Street as further described as follo%,Ts, is hereby fixed for
.londay, August 26, 1974 at 7:45 P.,Ml. in the City Council Chambers
City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington:
That portion of Cedar Street fronting Lot 1 and Lot 2,
Block 7, Wheelers Addition to Sidney, and that portion
of unnamed alley 7 feet more or less in width, running
.East along the South boundary of Lot 2 and iot 4, Block
7, 'Wheelers Addition to Sidney, all w thin the City
limits of Port Orchard,
The petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate
abutting on the above described area.
The petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the oimers
of said portions of abutting property,'
WHEREFORE Petitioner prays that proceedings be had hereon for
the vacation of said area of said street in the manner prescribed by
RCW Chapter 35.790
