A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, INITI-
ATING PROCEEDINGS TO VACATE A CERTAIN PORTION OF
SPOKANE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, as follows:
(1) That it is the intention of the CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD to initiate proceedings to vacate the following
described portion of Spokane Street located within the
City of Port Orchard:
A portion of Spokane Street sixty
(60) feet in width lying between
Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 Block 7 and
Lots 11, 12, 13 and 14 Block 6,
Pottery Addition to Sidney, Kitsap
County.
(2) That Monday, the 27th day of August, 1973 at
the hour of 7:30 o'clock PM at the Council Chambers,
Port Orchard City Hall, Port Orchard, Washington is
the time and place fixed for this hearing.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 23th day of July, 1973.
