RESOLUTION NO. JM
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has determined
that there has been significant increases in the traffic
traveling over and along Perry Avenue North located within the
City of Port Orchard, and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard anticipates
increased usage of Perry Avenue North in the future, and
WHEREAS, said present usage and projected usage
of the roadway requires the expending of time and funds
for the improvement of Perry Avenue North.
NOW be it resolved that Perry Avenue North within
the City of Port Orchard is and shall be classified as
an "arterial highway".
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 27th day of March,
1972.
