A Resolution of the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, Washington, designating the City
Engineer, Leslie C. Knobbs, as the authorized
representative to sign and execute final requisi-
tions and vouchers for the grant payment with the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for
Project WS-Wash-29.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That Leslie C. Knobbs, City Engineer, is
hereby designated as the authorized representative of the City
of Port Orchard, to sign and execute the final requisitions
and the voucher for the grant payments with the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development for Project WS-Wash-29.
