A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Orchard, Washington,
fixing the hearing on the petition for a vacation of a
portion of Sweany Street and a portion of Austin Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Washington, as follows:
That the hearing on the petition for vacation of that portion of
Sweany Street lying between the east right -of --way line of Cline Street
and an extension of the line of Lot 1, Block 3, Sweany's Addition to
Sidney, and that portion of Austin lying between an extension of the
south line of Lot 2, Block 3, Sweany's Addition to Sidney an extension
of the southerly margin of Lot 6, Block 2, Sweany's Addition to Sidney,
is hereby fixed for Monday, the 22nd day of November, 1971, at 7:30
P.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, Port Orchard, Washington.
