A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Port Orchard, fixing a time for hearing on
Petition to Vacate a portion of Orchard Street.
WHEREAS, the Kitsap County Bank has filed a petition far
the vacation of a portion of Orchard Street, in the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, pursuant to RCW Chap. 35.79:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY

ORDERED, That a hearing shall be held upon said petition
on Monday, March 23, 1970, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council,Chamblrs,
at the City Hall, Port Orchard, Washington.
