A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
ADOPTING A REVISED ArD EXTENDED COMPREHEN-
SIVE STREET PROGRAM, PURSUANT TO RCW 35.77.010.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has had in effect a
comprehensive street program for the ensuing six years, pursuant
to RCW 35.77.010; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of RCW 35.77.010, the
work accomplished under the program and the current City's street
needs have been determined, and a public hearing was held on
June 22, 1970, for the purpose of adopting a revised and extended
comprehensive street program; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE as
follows:
1. That the "Six -Year Construction Program", a copy of
which is attached hereto, as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof
by reference, is hereby adopted by the City of Port Orchard as a
revised and extended comprehensive street program.
2. That the City Clerk is directed to file a copy of this
Resolution with the Washington State Director of Highways, pursuant
to the terms of RCW 35.77.010.
Passed by the City Council, and approved by the Mayor, this
22d day of June, 1970.
