A RESOLUTION fixing the hearing on petition for
a vacation of a portion, of Old Hemlock Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Washington, as follows:
That the hearing on the petition for vacation of that
portion of Old 11emlock Street lying between the East line of
Lot 8, Block 8, Wheeler's Addition, and the West right-of-way
line of Mitchell Avenue, said portion being approximately 8 feet
wide at the North and 15 feet wide at the South, is hereby fixed
for Monday, September 14, 1970, at 7:30 P.M., in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, Port Orchard, Washington.
