A RESOLUTION RETAINING E. JENNINGS BEARD AND
LESLIE W. EASTMAN, JR. , TO APPRAISE PROPERTIES
NECESSARY TO BE ACQUIRED BY THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD FOR RIGHTS OF WAY AND EASEMENTS IN
CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED POTTERY HILL
PARKWAY AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard as
follows:
L That E. Jennings Beard and Leslie W. Eastman, Jr., are!
hereby retained to make appraisals of certain properties that are necessary
to be acquired by the City of Port Orchard for rights of way for the proposed
Pottery Hill Parkway and easements for the proposed sewerage system .from
Bay Street to the area of the new junior high school and South Kitsap Commun-
ity Hospital, and connecting laterals.
2. The legal descriptions for the necessary rights of way and ease-
ments shall be.provided by the engineering firm of Hammond, Collier & Wade
and Associates, the engineers retained by the City for this project.
3. The City shall pay the appraisers an amount of not to exceed
$200.00 for the appraisal of each parcel required. .
