DISTRICT '40. 63.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has agreed to pay the
difference between the costs charged to the property owners as assess-
ments under Local Improvement District No. 63 and the actual cost of
installment of the improvements, representing the cost of the oversized
portion of the water mains involved, Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to expend an
amount of $8,897.83 from the Water Fund, Capital Outlay (Contingency Res-
erve Account) to the account of Local Improvement District No, 63, t6 pay
the City's participation therein.
